Frequently asked questions
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the product and packing. Many standard grades ship from one pallet; bulk grades are quoted per container. State your target quantity in the inquiry and we quote accordingly.
Can we see a COA and sample before ordering?
Yes — we send a sample from a current batch together with that batch’s Certificate of Analysis, so your lab verifies the material you would actually receive.
How do you control quality between batches?
Every lot is tested against the agreed specification before release and keeps a retained sample. Third-party inspection and testing (for example SGS) is welcome at any stage.
What are your lead times and shipping terms?
Stock grades ship within 7–15 days; produced-to-order grades typically 20–35 days. We quote EXW, FOB or CIF and handle regulated-cargo booking where a product class requires it.
Which documents come with a shipment?
COA and SDS with every shipment as standard, plus TDS, certificate of origin, packing list and any import-clearance paperwork your market requires.
